A.B. Mambetnazarov was born on August 4, 1981 in Chimbay district of the Republic of Karakalpakstan in a family of intellectuals.

In 2001 he graduated from Karakalpak State University, Faculty of Biology (Bachelor) with honors.

In 2006-2008 he graduated with honors from the Tashkent State Agrarian University, Faculty of Plant Protection (Master) from 2008 to 2010 he worked as an assistant at Karakalpak State University.

From 2010 to 2013 he was a graduate student at the Institute of Plant Protection of Uzbekistan, from 2013 to 2020 he worked as a junior researcher, senior researcher, project manager.

In 2019, he successfully defended his doctoral dissertation on "Effectiveness of seed drugs against fungal diseases of wheat."

For two years from 2019 he worked as a senior researcher at the Institute of Genetics and Experimental Biology on a project "Development of agro technology for the protection of newly planted forests and pastures in the dry part of the Aral Sea" at a rate from 2021, he worked as a senior researcher at the Plant Quarantine Research Center.

Since November 2021, he has been working as the Head of the Laboratory for Prediction of Pests at the Research Institute of Plant Quarantine and Protection.

He actively participated in training seminars organized by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Khorezm and Tashkent regions.

Bababekov Kalandar was born on May 28, 1952 in the village of Emalach, Payark district, Samarkand region, in a dekhkan family.
From 1959 to 1969 he studied at the 40th secondary school named after Lomonosov, Payaryk region.
In 1969-1974. studied at the Tashkent Agricultural Institute at the Faculty of Plant Protection. In 1974 he graduated from the institute with a degree in plant protection agronomist.
In 1974, I was hired as a senior laboratory assistant at the Central Asian Research Institute of Plant Protection. At this institute, I worked as a junior researcher and a senior researcher.
In 1984 he defended his dissertation for the degree of candidate of biological sciences on the topic "Search and development of microbiological means of protection against spiders on cotton."
From 1989 to 1996 he worked as an assistant, associate professor at the Tashkent State Agrarian University.
In 1996-2001, I worked as the head of the department at the Center for Plant Protection and Agrochemical Research of the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources, and in 2001-2004 I worked as the head of the plant protection department at Uzkishlokhzhalikkimyo.
From 2004 to 2016, he worked as Deputy General Director of the Center for Plant Protection and Agrochemistry of the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources, and from 2016 to 2018, he worked as the Head of the Department of Uzagrokimyokhimoya JSC.
In 2018-2021, he worked as Deputy Director for Research at the Plant Quarantine Research Center of the Uzdavkarantin Inspection System under the Cabinet of Ministers.
During my career, I have made a significant contribution to the development of a harmonized plant protection system in the country and the biological method, which is the main direction of this system, as well as to its wide implementation in the country. In recognition of these merits, in 2008 I was awarded the honorary title of Honored Worker of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
For merits in the field of plant protection, I was awarded by the government with badges on the occasion of 15, 20, 25 and 30 years of independence of our country. In 2021, he was awarded the badges “Uzbekiston republicasi qishloq khzhalik fidoiisi” by the Ministry of Agriculture.
During my scientific and pedagogical activity, I have published more than 100 scientific papers. More than 25 recommendations, 4 books, 4 articles were published in the specialty in indexed international journals “Scopus”.
Currently, I work as the head of the laboratory of the Laboratory for the control of pests of cereals and leguminous crops of the Research Institute for Quarantine and Plant Protection of the Agency for Plant Protection and Quarantine. The main scientific directions are the improvement of the integrated system for the control of the main pests, diseases of grain and leguminous crops and the search for microbiological means of protection, the creation of biological products based on them, the development of an effective microbiological method of pest control of agricultural crops.
 

NIGORA RUZIMATOVNA TILLYAKHODZHAEVA

N.R. Tillakhodjaeva was born on November 13, 1970 in Tashkent in a family of intellectuals.
1992 Graduated from the Tashkent State Agrarian University, Faculty of Plant Protection with honors.
1992-1993 - Senior laboratory assistant at the Department of Entomology and Integrated Plant Protection of the Tashkent State Agrarian University, then worked as a junior researcher;
1994-1998 - Postgraduate student of the Institute of Plant Protection of Uzbekistan, from 1999 to 2009 he worked as a junior researcher, specialist in scientific and technical information, leading specialist, senior researcher.
In 2006 he successfully defended his dissertation on the topic "The influence of herbicides on soil microflora in the cultivation of industrial, grain and vegetable crops."
From 2009 to 2011, he worked at the Uzbek Research Institute of Plant Protection as a senior researcher on the project.
He has published more than 50 scientific articles at national and international conferences, in foreign and local journals.
2012 Received a diploma of a senior researcher of the Higher Attestation Commission.
At the I, II, IV and VI Republican fairs organized in UZEXPOMARKAZ in the direction of "Innovative ideas, technologies and projects", the institute took an active part in demonstrating the achievements and developments of the institute and the social activities of the institute and took 1st place, was awarded a Diploma (FLORA EXPO-2014) and Honorary Diploma of Nuritdinov.
Since 2014, for two years, he worked as an associate professor at the Department of Agricultural Biotechnology and Phytopathology of the Tashkent State Agrarian University at the rate of 0.5.
June 4, 2014 Received a CERTIFICATE on the registration of the biological product "Trichodermin" as the author under number No. 1 A-743 by the State Chemical Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Tufliev Nodirbek Khushvaktovich, was born on January 29, 1978 in an educated family in the village of Nogaily of the collective farm "Khakikat" of the Yakkabag district of the Kashkadarya region.

Father - Tufliev Khushvakt, born in 1950, worked as an irrigation engineer in the Kashkadarya region, died in 2001.

Mother - Boymetova Oyimkhol, born in 1951, worked as a teacher in the 59th secondary school of the Yakkabag district, pensioner.

From 1984 to 1994 studied at the secondary school No. 59 named after Mukimi, Yakkabag district. From 1994 to 1995 worked at the Khakikat collective farm.

In 1995 entered to the Faculty of Agronomy of the Tashkent State Agrarian University. I graduated the university in 1999 with a degree in agronomy. In 1999 entered as a laboratory assistant at the Uzbek Research Institute of Plant Protection.

In 2000-2002 studied for a master's degree at the Tashkent State Agrarian University with in Cotton Breeding and Seed Science.

In 2015-2017 studied a post doctorate at the Uzbek Research Institute of Plant Protection in Plant Protection. In 2019 successfully protected doctoral dissertation on the topic "Creating a complex for the fight against harmful locusts in the foothill, pasture and steppe zones of Uzbekistan".

From 1999 to 2012 worked as a laboratory assistant, researcher and senior researcher at the Uzbek Research Institute of Plant Protection. In 2018-2020 worked as a project manager at the Research Institute of Plant Protection. Since 2018, part-time, since 2019, associate professor, professor in the main staff of the Department of Plant Protection. Since March 2020, I have been working as a professor at the Department of Plant Quarantine and Crops.

Since December 2, 2021, I have been working as the head of the laboratory “Pest control of pasture, fodder, oilseeds and medicinal plants”.
