CORRUPTION IS THE DEFENSE OF THE NATION AND SOCIETY

Corruption is a dangerous factor that negatively affects the development of any state and society, a complex socio-political and economic phenomenon that threatens all countries. Because of this factor, the development of the state slows down, the government system fails, and democratic institutions are undermined. Under its influence, citizens lose confidence in social justice, truth, and state bodies. The fight against this vice is one of the most urgent issues for any society.
In particular, a practical seminar was held for the employees of the department with the participation of I. Rahimov, Head of the Compliance Control Department of the Plant Quarantine and Protection Agency, Chief Specialist M. Mirazimov, Deputy Head of the External Quarantine Department, G. Radjabov, Chief Specialist Sh. Qabilov, and 65 state plant quarantine inspectors and 24 officials of the Phytosanitary Control and Monitoring Department operating in the Tashkent City Plant Quarantine and Protection Department, and the department's responsible employees. The seminar was held with the participation of I. Rahimov, Head of the Compliance Control Department of the Plant Quarantine and Protection Agency, Chief Specialist Sh. Qabilov. At this seminar, I. Rakhimov provided the attendees with an understanding of the content and essence of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Combating Corruption" and related international and national regulatory legal acts, and gave his relevant instructions on preventing corruption in the system.
